Policies

PRIOR TO BOOKING ANY APPOINTMENT, PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES BELOW:

  • Whether you have received treatment before or this is your first time, we will have a consultation at the beginning of your appointment to determine a treatment plan before going forward.

  • We kindly request a 48-hour notice for any appointment rescheduling or cancellations.

  • No show and cancellation less than 24 hours are subject to a $50 fee.

  • If you are late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule for another date.

  • NO children are allowed in the appointment.

  • Aftercare instructions will be emailed to you after your appointment. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions for your benefit.
